As Chief Technology Officer, Tyler will continue scaling agile engineering teams, delivering cloud native architectures, and implementing advanced AI/ML solutions. His people-first approach has fostered high-performing, collaborative teams and long-term talent retention.

Before joining CipherHealth, Tyler led the engineering team at PayLynxs, a FinTech startup focused on cross border remittance payments and anti money laundering solutions. With deep expertise in multi-cloud environments, Kubernetes, and data-driven solutions, Tyler excels at aligning technology strategies with business goals. Tyler’s career reflects a commitment to building innovative, secure, and scalable technology solutions that empower organizations to achieve their goals.

Tyler lives in New Mexico with his wife and son. In his free time he raises livestock on his farm and enjoys fishing with his family.
