Roadmap to Recovery: Caring for the Caregivers

With Michigan experiencing early surges of COVID-19 cases, Henry Ford Health System (HFHS) identified the need to go beyond historical precedents to care for employees facing immense uncertainty, vulnerability, and grief. In this time of crisis, HFHS rapidly implemented an Employee Wellness Rounding program to provide psychological first aid and foster a proactive culture for staff to express concerns.
