Jennifer Compagni brings nearly thirty years of experience as a global HR executive in corporate businesses, research, government, and educational institutions to her role as Chief People Officer at CipherHealth. She is responsible for development and execution of the people strategy, culture plan and execution of all processes related to attracting and retaining CipherHealth’s talented team.  

Before joining CipherHealth, Jennifer worked for five years as the head of HR at SmartLinx Solutions, a growing SaaS company in the workforce management space. She ran her own organizational consulting practice, serving a diverse range of clients including Cardinal Health, Alpharma Inc. and The National Research Council of the National Academies. She was Vice President, Human Resources at Revlon and held HR leadership roles at Warner-Lambert Company (now Pfizer) and Antenna Software, where she worked in a job share as the lead HR Generalist for the North America team. Jennifer also performed research and services for the US Army and the NY State Senate Labor Committee. She holds a Master of Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University and a B.A. in Economics from Siena College.

Jennifer lives on the Jersey Shore with her husband, Joe, and sometimes their daughter, Gabriela, who is a student in Boston.
