Our Hiring Process

Our hiring process is designed to be inclusive and ensure every candidate has a fair opportunity to showcase their skills. We want candidates to feel prepared and confident when applying to CipherHealth. While the process may vary depending on the role, here’s what you can typically expect:

  • HR Phone Screen – An initial conversation to learn more about your experience, answer your questions, and ensure alignment with the role.
  • Hiring Manager Interview – A discussion with your potential manager about your skills, experience, and how you would contribute to the team.
  • Peer Panel Interview – A chance to meet with team members and get insight into our collaborative work environment.
  • Presentation or Technical Assessment – Depending on the role, you may be asked to showcase your skills through a relevant exercise.
