Christy Baggerly is an accomplished healthcare and SaaS executive with more than 20 years of experience spanning health system operations and digital health leadership. With a career rooted in inpatient, acute care, and ambulatory settings, she brings a deep understanding of the complexities facing healthcare organizations—and a strong commitment to improving both the patient and provider experience. Prior to joining CipherHealth, Christy held senior leadership roles at Relatient and Feedtrail, where she led customer-facing organizations through key stages of growth and transformation.
As Chief Customer Officer at CipherHealth, Christy leads all customer-facing functions, including Professional Services, Customer Success, Customer Support, Analytics, and Clinical Strategy. She is passionate about building high-performing teams and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Known for her transformational and coaching-driven leadership style, Christy has built a career on aligning teams, optimizing processes, and strengthening partnerships to support long-term success—for both customers and the patients they serve.
Christy holds a B.S. in Accounting from Tennessee Technological University. Based just outside of Nashville, TN, Christy is an avid live music enthusiast and a lifelong learner.
