The Impact of Rx Cost Savings on Patients

$60 may or may not feel like a whole lot of money depending on your life circumstances. But for many people it is a huge, huge deal breaker. $60 can go in a number of different directions, and to be able to not have to spend that on your medication and being able to spend it on something else, whether it’s food or rent, or car payment, or what have you. Those are the stories that I just love to see.

It’s lovely that we’re able to offer this benefit. And I know in the back of my head that it’s doing some good. Then to actually see per patient, this is how much each patient is saving—Wow, I mean, that’s that’s impactful! Knowing what I know about the folks that we’re serving here in this community, that’s really going a long way. Again, coming back to our mission and why we do what we do. It’s it’s lovely to hear that. And I’m glad that CipherHealth is able to provide us with that kind of detail.

I was really very surprised at how easy it was for us. CipherHealth really led this thing and really shepherded us through this program. I didn’t know what questions to ask, I didn’t know what things I needed to do, and they really were so helpful in guiding us through this whole program. Any questions we had, any concerns we had—you don’t know what you don’t know but but these guys did. I’m so happy that we were able to provide this to serve our community. Whether they admit it or not, we know that there are people out there that are really struggling to make ends meet, even if they don’t tell you.
