Product Update: CipherKiosk Reputation Management & Promotions

CipherKiosk is a point of care solution designed to enable physician practices to collect patient satisfaction and clinical screener information in real-time. Data collected through Kiosk surveys is invaluable to keeping a pulse on patient satisfaction and enabling prompt service recovery to avoid poor CG CAHPS scores. CipherHealth has extended the capabilities of CipherKiosk to now include:

 

Reputation Management: In the digital age, doctor’s offices must maintain a stellar online reputation to catch patients’ attention and stand out from competitors. As part of the new Reputation Management functionality, patients are encouraged to submit online reviews after exceptional experiences and staff will be alerted when service recovery should be performed.

 

 

 

Promotions: Now, you can take advantage of CipherKiosk’s inactive time in the waiting room. When not in use by a patient, the kiosk will display promotional or educational content to patients in the waiting room. Front office staff will be able to easily manage promotions through a separate dashboard on CipherHealth’s Evolve web platform. You can even set promotions to appear immediately after specific surveys are submitted for a more targeted experience.
