Tips & Tricks: Mobile Issue Resolution

Identifying and resolving issues during patient rounds is a critical aspect of providing top-notch, quality care. It is an established best practice to leverage the CipherRounds tool to conduct purposeful rounds that encourage your team to find opportunities to improve a patient’s stay.

Once an issue is identified, it is paramount that your team sees and can resolve them as quickly as possible. To enable this, CipherHealth is pleased to offer various ways to close an issue via a mobile device.

Whether or not your team has the CipherRounds application or even a log-in, they can still see and resolve issues right from their device.

Once the mobile issue resolution URL is set up, the staff member connected to the alert will be notified and can click the URL to see the issue. If the user does not have the CipherRounds application installed, the link will take the user to a web browser:


 

If the alert recipient does have CipherRounds installed, this will take the user to the app, even if they don’t have a username and password.

If the alert recipient has access to CipherRounds and has the application download, they can navigate to Open Issues and resolve directly from the application:
