This past November, our team had the pleasure of attending The Medicaid Health Plans of America (MHPA) 2017 conference in Washington, DC. It was incredible to see how this organization is helping improve the care for millions of patients. MHPA health plan members service 50% of all Medicaid beneficiaries, which is roughly 1 in 4 Americans at any given time.

MHPA held many engaging and informative sessions on healthcare policy, addressing the opioid epidemic, and innovations in engaging and educating health plan members. With so many thoughtful discussions, it was energizing to see how these health plans are shaping the delivery of care and working to improve the outcomes of their members.

In addition to the sessions, members were able to explore technology and hardware in the exhibit hall. Our team highlighted how technology can not only enhance member engagement but provide cost-effective solutions that scale with health plans to address short and long-term needs. We had some great conversations and even showcased some great giveaways.
